Shipping policy

We know how important it is to receive your supplements quickly and reliably.

1. Delivery coverage
We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE and ship worldwide to international destinations.

2. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are processed the same day; orders placed after the cut-off, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery times
- All UAE emirates: next-day delivery on orders placed before the daily cut-off

- International orders: usually 3–5 business days via DHL Express and Aramex

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, peak periods, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping fees

UAE: Flat delivery fee of AED 10 on all orders.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you confirmation and tracking details, where available.
