Optimum Fusion is a UAE-based sports nutrition and supplements brand offering protein, pre-workout, general health and wellness, and men’s health products. We sell and deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Our products and website are not intended for anyone under the age of 18.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and for keeping your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

4. Products and health disclaimer

Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a balanced diet or medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have any medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Always read the label and follow the recommended dosage and usage instructions on the product packaging, which take precedence over any information shown on the website.

We take care to describe our products accurately. However, packaging, ingredients and formulations may occasionally be updated by manufacturers, so the product you receive may differ slightly from the images or descriptions shown online.

5. Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and to change prices and promotions at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil an order at the incorrect price.

6. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received it. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Optimum Fusion is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where an order appears to be placed by a reseller or distributor.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments must be received and verified before your order is dispatched, except where Cash on Delivery is offered. By submitting an order, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the total order amount, including any applicable delivery fees, to your chosen payment method.

8. Promotions and discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes and special prices are valid for a limited time and may be subject to conditions or exclusions. They cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

9. Shipping and returns

Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

All content on this website, including the Optimum Fusion name, logo, text, graphics, images, product designs and layout, is the property of Optimum Fusion or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
