Refund policy

Exchange & Refund Policy

We have a 72-hour exchange and refund policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are opened, used, or altered cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@optimumfusion.ae.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on opened packages, sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible only for eligible items (unopened and requested within 72 hours) and are subject to product availability.

Refunds
All refunds require approval by Optimum Fusion. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. Refunds may be issued back to your original payment method or as Shopify Wallet / Store Credit. Please note, it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
