Shipping & Delivery Policy

We know how important it is to receive your supplements quickly and reliably. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders across the United Arab Emirates.

1. Delivery coverage

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We currently ship within the UAE only.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are processed the same day; orders placed after the cut-off, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery times

●      Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah: next-day delivery on orders placed before the daily cut-off

●      Other emirates and outlying areas: typically 2 to 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees, where they apply, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. We offer free delivery on orders above a qualifying value; orders below this value may be subject to a standard delivery fee. Any Cash on Delivery fee, where applicable, will also be shown at checkout.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you confirmation and tracking details, where available, so you can follow your delivery.

6. Delivery and receipt

Please make sure the delivery address and contact number you provide are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. Our courier may contact you to arrange delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no answer, additional attempts or fees may apply. For security, our courier may request identification to confirm the recipient.

7. VAT

All product prices include 5% VAT. No additional taxes are charged at checkout or on delivery.
